According to Tulsian (n. d.), the barriers to effective communication are those factors that interfere with the smooth flow of information by creating obstacles and as such should be avoided as much as possible. The barriers to the effective communication are generated by several factors that we shall discuss. The first cause is improper coding where the receiver is not able to follow the dialect used.
