Prevention of nuclear proliferation
All are talking about to whom the nuclear weapons would be secure or to whom would not be. But the most important thing all states should do to try for a nuclear weapon-free world. According to Michael McGwire, who argues that, a nuclear weapon-free world is essential and achievable (Garden, June 2000).
It is very difficult to achieve a nuclear weapons-free world where states are trying to obtain this superpower. There may be some beneficial effects of greater number of nuclear states. But complete nuclear-free globe must be the goal and that can be achieved not in a day, rather step by step approach.
